1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
The dessert looks delicious

Hi Bobby, great video. I made your Mom’s Apple Cranberry Coleslaw for Memorial Day and it was Amazing! My store was out of Coleslaw, so I used the Broccoli Slaw and it was very good. So pass that tip onto your Mom! I think I will be making this with Broccoli Slaw from now on. Thanks again!

I always add an extra 1/4 cup of each chocolate chips, coconut and nuts to sprinkle over the top after spreading the filling. Keep it rustic so that the tips of the coconut get browned a little bit during baking. 👍👍
I make these at Christmastime to keep them special. Usually with walnuts. I think I need to make them more often! 👍👍

leave out the coconut replace it with pecans or butter nut like I did. I hate straw in my teeth.
