  1. I want to thank u soooo very much for doing this video!!!! I have terminal cancer and at times live on meal replacement smothies!! It can get quite expensive buying fresh produce and I have seen these at Dollar Tree before and was curious about them. I love that u showed us exactlly whats in them. I do tend to use bananas to sweeten my smoothies up as its my favorite fruit and i dont like to use lots of sugars either. I do use spinach and kale, seeds and nut butters and plant based milks though…i have to to make them balanced….but i may give a couple of these a try!!

  2. I have always been skeptical of eating from dt, after watching your fast bites review multiple times I saw them and gave them a try. I got the cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich, and got food poisoning 😭 these I may try though.

  3. I just wanted to thank you for what you do. I been binge watching your older videos and you inspired me to really adjust what I'm doing grocery shopping. I spend way to much on that so my goal is 5$ a day now. Today I'm cooking chicken down to shred it, then I'm doing breakfast sausage and packing it all for freezer portions. I spent 138$ today with a 26 day goal on that plus what I already have in the freezer and fridge which should be more then doable considering what you are able to accomplish with 25-35$. Thanks again and keep it up.
I wouldn't mind seeing a single grocery shop for the entire month and see how you make that work, it should be a challenge.

  4. Love your videos! I'm definitely checking out the foods at $tree and $gen! My favorite find – the $6 bag of frozen dumplings at $gen (Walmart has the same brand, same price, Bibigo steamed chicken dumplings 24oz). I made some of your fried rice to go with them and it was a great, low-cost meal!

  5. I saw a video where a nutritionist was talking about eating uncooked spinach and she said it’s better to use cooked spinach in a smoothie or in an dish you are making because there is something in the spinach is indigestible until it’s cooked. I know you can’t pick it out to cook it but maybe buying the ingredients and using cool cooked spinach is a better option for your health. Overall it’s not a bad smoothie bag for the price.
