  1. Great video clear and precise, my Dad was awesome at Weber Kettle cooking and taught me when he was too old and frail to do them anymore. I carried the tradition on for the family but after Mum & Dad passed I haven't done one for many years. This video brought back a lot of wonderful memories and reminded me of important things I had forgotten with cooking on the Weber too. Thank you very much for sharing and there is nothing as good as a heat bead weber cook up. Cheers. Oh and when I did roast Lamb Chicken and Pork I used to put a few cups of marsala with water in the drip tray too. THAT was tasty as the flavor infused in to the meat and helped make it tender and juicy too!

  2. Just got these, if they are as stable as weber briquettes you may have a new customer if the wood used gives a nice smoke ring. I will continue to use weber but if you guys match up then great stuff.
