  1. Pro tip:

Marinate as shown, but leave out the corn starch. Instead, take the corn starch and put it in a large bowl. Spray lightly with water and wait 10 seconds. This allows small balls of starch to form. Do this this 3 times. Then add the chicken after it has marinated for a minimum of 20 minutes. Place the chicken in half the starch, then cover with the rest and shake in a large bowl or plastic bag. Shake off the excess. Fry in 380 degree oil in batches, being careful to not over crowd the pan. Then take the fried chicken and add to the sauce to coat. This results in a MUCH more crunchy and pleasing texture.

  2. Proverbs 4:14 “Do not enter the path of the wicked, And do not walk in the way of evil. Avoid it, do not travel on it; Turn away from it and pass on. For they do not sleep unless they have done evil; And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall.
For they eat the bread of wickedness, And drink the wine of violence.” This means that if you make the wicked fast they won’t sleep. They will get tired, their powers will weaken. Because you have given them nothing to feed on. Ephesians 4:27 “nor give place to the devil.”
