I used flat iron steaks to test out my new grill grate. In my case, the results were actually reversed. The steak that came off the grill grate vs the one that I cooked using the original starfish was tougher and had a less than desirable crust. This video was awesome though and I'll try it again with something else.
Feels like sear and sizzle could of went a little bigger to maximize space
I’m confused, so when it says to “FLIP”, you’re not actually flipping the chicken, why? You’re just keeping it on the same side, and moving it to a different position on the grill. 🤷🏼♀️
I used my Grill Grate yesterday for the first time. It was perfect for grilled pork tenderloins. When it cooled off, I put it in hot soapy water in the sink and let it soak for a bit. It cleaned like brand new perfectly.
lol what a shill.
I am getting the xl smart next week and need more recipes, please do more because I trust your recipes! Thank you❤
Just ordered that grate
That round sear grill plate looked very small compared to the one you received free. How do they compare in spacing meat on.
Excellent video ! I enjoy your presentation, demonstration and
mostly the cooking style . Wish to learn so much by observing
your videos. You are so professional !
Thank you so much. Cheers !
gotta put it on the highest setting to sear then turn it down
Too drawn out and primary school for me
Umm, the Ninja's grate has a hole in it to allow liquid in the pan. Her "miracle grill" she's pushing has no holes. It also has NO HANDLES. You'll have to wait a long time for it to cool down. Then you'll stick your fingers in grease as it dumps on the floor. It took one minute less because the unit was warmer because it just got used. I love how the chicken sticks to the new grate, because it's not a non-stick grate like the Ninja's and the Ninja's grate is dishwasher safe so I can't imagine how hard that would be. She has to scrub burn marks from her stuck on Chicken with a scrub brush because it's a nonstick no handle ridiculous idea. I'm calling BS on the chicken tasting different. You could tell her mind was made up before she ate that bite. Her mind was made up before the video too. This video goes to show how easily people can be bought. Money talks in this case.
We love the sear n sizzle. My husband likes the taste better than with gas grill or the Traeger. It is so nice in the winter months to be able to grill steaks, pork chops or any meat that tastes so good. Clean up is a breeze. Thank you for recommending this!!!
Great information, I learned a lot from you
Great vid. Looking for one for my Ninja Wood Fire.
You also said you cook the first one almost two to three minutes longer so that's going to change the texture quite a bit
Why do you us duck fat versus maybe chicken or beef fat? I am wondering if it works better or lees flavor left.
Is the XXL Foodi Max less noisy than the Foodi Multicooker?
can you get the flat grill in stores, I'm in Canada
Prob different because you lowered the temperature on the second piece ?
Why don't you oil the meat?????????
Just trying to sell a grill grate
Didn’t you cook the first one longer? Maybe that’s why the other one was better 😊
You didn't "flip". You just moved the breast to a different part.
Food does stick. I'm sorry I wasted money on this.
Great video, I know I’m a year late but just to let you know when resting, if you hold the manual button you will get the temperature shown ☺️
Where do I get the sear and sizzle grill/grate from?
Think you'll probably find is if you did the first breast to the same temp as the seconf it'll be a similar result. Not really a fair test.
We bought a BBQ mat and cut out a pattern and put on top of the grill. Clean up is super easy 👌
I didn't know what was melted all over the inside of my lidbmy first time using it.
Oops
The cover to the thermometer. Darn.
Is it just me or did she not flip the first piece of chicken? Haha she just moved it.
I’m confused Did you cook the first breast longer.
I don’t like anodized aluminum for any food. If they made a cast iron or stainless steel one I’d be in 100%
Hi, will the Sear and Sizzle work with the latest Ninja Foodi XL Pro 9-in-1 Smart Grill w/ Griddle? It is not listed on the Sear and Sizzle website, I just wanted to see if anyone has had success using that accessory on the latest model. Thank you!
