Kashmiri Khayam Style BBQ barbeque
1. Cut the meat into small pieces and wash them properly.
2. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon fennel powder, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, 2 tablespoons meat masala, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons oil to the meat.
3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
4. Let the mixture marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
5. The next day, grill the meat until it is tender and cooked through.
6. Before serving, apply ghee to the barbecued meat.
Radish Dip
1. Grate one radish and squeeze out the excess water.
2. Add salt to taste and 1 tablespoon black pepper to the grated radish.
3. Mix in the curd until everything is well combined.
Serve
– Serve the bbq with the radish dip. Enjoy

It's " dudh ki sabzi " ❤
First make u simple tadka without tomato 🍅
Fry oil or ghee than add zeera ( cumin seed )
U can add in tadka pyaz lehsun hari mirch adrak ( onion , garlic , green chillie , ginger 🫚 )
Than basic masala
( salt , red pepper , black pepper , dhaniya powder , turmeric powder also add khas-khas poppy seeds )
If u available ladyfinger ( bhindi ) add ladyfingers seeds
Then fry and add boil water
Then add milk after 5mints ur " dudh ki sabzi " done ❤❤
