Beef : 500 gram
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Cumin : 1/2 tsp
Coriander : 1 tsp
Crushed red chili :1/2 tsp
Tikka masala : 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili : 1/2 tsp
Food color : a pinch
Now cover it and rest it for maximum 4 hour / minimum 1 hour
