I’m looking at selling my pellet grill and going back to charcoal. Pellets are nice. Wi-Fi is amazing but the taste is not. This Weber is a little pricey for what you get and there never seems to be a bad review. I guess if they give them to you you’re not going to bash them. My question is what is the best Komodo? Is this it?

WEBER SUMMIT KAMADO S6 BARBECUE A CARBONE Ø 61 CM
More a commercial than review
I was told this is discontinued [SKU 8030458] which has been replaced by the E6 without the propane igniter. Do you recommend getting the earlier version on the E6 or S6?
Most overpriced grill on the market. I’m sure it works well enough but it appears as though Weber has incorporated some of the cheaper features of the much lower priced kettle. It’s really just a double walled kettle grill. Nice but It should be at less than half the price they’re offing it for. Just take a look at the Blaze Kamado Aluminum grill. For less money you’ll get a a product that will outlast the Weber by 50 yrs.
So how much in weight of coal did you use for the brisket
Here's a list that helped me out.

In the end, I went with #10.

Got my Summit Charcoal for Christmas, built it last weekend finally and seasoned it.. The tiniest amount of charcoal kept it steady at 400 degrees for over 3 hours in a snowstorm. I'm happy with that.
Or better yet, buy both a 22” and 26” Weber. Save yourself a massive amount of money and gain infinitely more flexibility without losing any aspect of the grilling game.
If I could afford a loaded MacBook pro, Tesla and Starbucks everyday , I would buy this.
they could not make this in the 26.75 model sheesh!
I sold my house to buy this grill. The Bank turned me down a few times, but after I got my raise at work, it was more affordable. I got a 30 year 2% Fixed Rate loan. True Story Dude..
I Don't doubt the quality or the The delicious finished product. But My Goodness how many different moving parts and features does one need or want with grill? I Have a Treager, and its easy peeesie lemon squeezy. Prep the meat, turn the dial, place the meat on the grill, close the lid. Take the meat off when it hits desired temp, and eat. This grill is for those that love to tinker with grilling, for me $600 buys you a Treager with same size cooking surface and a Million times easier!
Man, that's beautiful looking BBQ. Although, my partner would kill me for spend over $2000 on a BBQ. I'll check back in a few year, when the price is lower.
I want one of these but 2k that's crazy.
You should mention that the grill comes from the factory with a port built in to use with a guru or similar device….you just have to take the plug out and put in the adapter.
I seen many complaints about the price of the grill. I bought one anyway, it is worth the price and after owning it I feel it's priced competitively.
Like the music and the content.
But I would have loved to also learned about the price of the grill.
I can't justify spending 2k on that grill unless I'm selling bbq.
They could take out the gas light ignition and drop the price a fair bit. Lighting coals with a chimney really isn't that much of a hassle. People who care about that level of convenience probably aren't the ones who are going to cook on charcoal anyway.
People complaining about the price but it looks well built.
This isn't a kettle- it's essentially a kamado that doesn't weigh 300lbs and is obliterated with one tip over. While it is expensive, it's not out of line with other midrange XL kamados.
Price that at $1,200 and I'll buy it.
Does it have a port for a bbq guru fan?
Beats a Kamado😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Kamado Joe kills this thing for way less money. Weber's MAP pricing is redicilous
