Raspberry overnight oats meal prepare for breakfast
Ingredients:
160g oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
300 ml oat milk ( milk of your choice )
1 tablespoon honey ( sweetener of your choice )
1/2 cup plain yogurt ( i used Greek plain natur yogurt )
mix well and keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Layer:
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
half lemon juice
3 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon sugar ( any sweetener of your choice )
1 tablespoon cornstarch +2 tablespoon water to dissolve
* Layer the overnight oats and the raspberries jam
Topping:
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Granola
Enjoy!

This looks incredible. I prefer to blend my overnight oats but I'll definitely be making this, especially since frozen raspberries will work well here
