Closer examin'n of the blending please, salted lemon rind sounds hideous. You don't have to include noise, but running the blender 6 minutes or 2 makes a difference too. Seeds, pulp, juice maybe, I haven't waited 40 d with cups of salt yet, maybe add a plating/tasting review at the end too. Please 🙏🏻
