Joanne Lee- Your recipe looks fabulous. I have one problem, I can't eat any soy, I have IBS & Gastritis & it makes me sick. What can I use as a substitute?
Joanne, was this an ad for Icedlandic Provisions Oatmilk Skyr? Forgive me if it’s not, but based on the description sounding like ad copy, I believe you’ve posted this without letting us know it’s a paid partnership. I know you know it’s illegal not to clearly display and or state that in the video. You’re a lawyer, and I love your content, but come on now. We’re not fools, and it’s really easy to click a button on Youtube to declare that it’s an ad.
You make it sound really good haha😄
Thank you for the recipe 🌸

Ahhhhh the bread looks soo good with the whole like chunky banana
I always blend the bananas smooth and add them to the bread. But it turns out dry af. Gotta try this looks beautiful❤
We are opposite. I will take the banana bread that has a third cousin twice removed that had a conversation with a banana.
Those banana bread charlatans once heard someone say Panama and thought "good enough to be banana bread to me!"
Hey Joanne, I love making banana bread with some sort of semi-sweet chocolate! It's a perfect compliment to put a little chocolate, please try it!
Does it work okay to substitute the oat yogurt for another kind?
If it's not real butter, it's not good
I also agree with the banana bread not tasting like bananas. What I always do is instead of just mashing the bananas, I warm them in a microwave until the juices come out, then I strain that juice and reduce it until the banana flavor becomes really concentrated, then add it back to the bananas. If I really want to up the flavor or I’m working with bananas that are not as ripe as I’d like, I might even add a little banana extract.
The “Kona Inn” banana bread recipe is what my mom always made and it’s the recipe I use as well. It has really ruined every other banana bread for me. So good!!
😂❤
I hate all things banana, EXCEPT banana bread. I also use a bit of vanilla almond milk to add nuttiness. Mine also gets a generous amount of warm spices as well. Browned butter in place of the almond milk (since you use yogurt) works great too.
I made two loafs for a class party when I was still in school and I only got two slabs out of the two loafs. It was gone in no time.
😂😂😂
Why tofu? Looks great 😊
“🤨☝️Like maybe this bread once had a conversation with a banana and then caught a whiff of its cologne on its sleeve👃” THIS IS SO ICONIC 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️SO FACTS I adore ur videos 🫶🫶🫶
