The texture didn't turn out well. Did the video really show 1/2 cup of cream only? Looked like a lot more.
I think instead of trying to spoon the mousse into the cups, could put it all into a piping bag for easy dispensing

Asking anyone who has made this: Did you add any sugar to the whipping cream? Video doesn’t show any sugar in this step.
To all of you asking the obvious question, of course you can use sweetened condensed milk, and bypass the first half hour of the recipe. I made this last night. It came together in about five minutes, and it was excellent. Tastes just like a creamsicle.
