  1. 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
    • Salmon
    • 6 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp cayenne
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp inion powder
    • 1 tsp celtic salt
    • 1 tsp coarse black pepper
    • Mike’s Hot Honey, find it in the honey aisle
    • BBQ seasoning

    𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
    1. Remove skin from salmon and cut into 2in cubes
    2. Place on a wire rack and season w/ a low sodium BBQ seasoning
    3. Smoke at 300F until an internal temp of 130-135F about 40min
    4. While thats smoking melt your butter in a small bowl then add in all your seasonings and mix
    5. When slamon is done remove and baste with the Cajun butter mixture then drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey
