I love making chicken skin.I flatten it out on a metal baking tray and I bring it over night and then I cook it in the oven until it gets super crispy

unpopular opinion given the love I see in the comments as far as Chicken Skin goes.
I hate chicken skin because it triggers my gag reflex the only exception is that when it is so crispy it doesn’t make a difference but when it is flabby it makes me throw up
Try it deepfried, you will love it, ate that as a kid in Thailand, might wanna add seasoning but plain is also good since it will already have abit of saltiness to it
