  1. Hey Brad! I would recomend not placing the smoke tube right under the thermocouple of the 640.
    The extra heat from the tube may throw off the controller. On my 640 I usually move it about 3 inches to the right… and on the steel plate under the rack… remove if needed for space as you are cooking on the top rack.
    Love my 640 with comp cart!

  2. Barbecue pork belly you need Adidas, bely that is to fat ,minimum 3 line met, and you would have better rezalt,that is not bad you could get better cat of meat overall i give you one to 5 high 4.

  3. I've cooked pork belly burnt ends a couple of times, and although the family loves them and they taste good, I always think the meaty part of the morsel is tough and not squishy. Is it possible to over or under cook them?
