I have a lot of people that ask where they can get certain things that I use in my videos, so I created a Amazon Store, and have everything I could think of that I’ve used one way or another in previous videos and listed them within it, so please take a look around and hopefully you will find what you’re looking for. Also I will update as I need to. Thank You!

  1. Some say on the Weber they run the bottom vents wide open and adjust the airflow with the upper vent. I have run a Weber for over 15 years but have never run one only adjusting the upper vent. Ideas?

  2. new to bbq-ing and had a question. If using a Weber Master-Touch 5750 and I want to smoke a pork shoulder or brisket…can I use just the char baskets as an "indirect" cooking method for good results, or is the "charcoal snake" method better? The Slow n' Sear (w/ water poured in) is not necessarily needed is it? Thanks for your help…

  3. Not exactly a beginner -79nyears old. Started out on a Weber Kettle. Done the gas grills, the pellet grills and the flat top griddles. Love them all. Dug out my 20 year old 22" Weber Kettle the other day. Put new grates in it. It is like brand new. Ready to get back to the basics!

  4. Good video, but I disagree with the upper vent location directly over the meat. Reason being is that a kettle grill is relatively small, and you’ll get all the smoke you want regardless of the upper vent location. You do want keep the temp. gauge over the meat, away from the fire; otherwise the temp. gauge will read much hotter than actual cooking grate.

  5. Thank you so much. I have learned so much about putting charcoal on one side. I have always dumped it in the middle. Your instructions on roast beef grilling and also briquette grilling are awesome. Very informative video.

  6. Very new to all this. When cooking say a roast beef do I insert a remote thermometer at the start of cooking or do I wait a a bit then insert the probe ?. Then when it reaches the correct temperature do I take it out or wait the length of time recommend by some charts I've seen. Sorry if this sounds so basic but I'm very new to this type of cooking. 7. Wife found one being given for free outside neibours house. Spent 4 hours fixing it, had a lot to do before I can cook on it. Still waiting for a new thermometer to arrive so I can start. Changed grill plates bottom brackets to hold charcoal grill plate and removed some rust inside and out then sprayed some high temperature paint on the brackets and metal that I repaired. Looking good but think I should have just bought a new one instead. Thanks for this video can not wait to try it out. Graeme in Australia

  8. Less than 10 years ago my husband and I purchased A WeBER summit 670 gas grill for $2500, because you know WeBEr has such a great warranty? We’ll had to call in some warranty work this year and they hardly would cover anything even though I had my owners manual and all info. Because they DO NoT honor their warranty I’ll never purchase WeBEr product again gas or charcoal.

  9. “Man I ain’t got time for all that fancy snake laying stuff”

as he continues to make the snake uniform enough to burn……….. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Gonna have a lot more heat control with the fancy snake………..

  10. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos. I’m terrible on the grill. I’m fairly good in the kitchen. Hopefully your instructions and tips will make me a better rounded cook. You are teaching me a lot. I have the Weber Kettle.

  11. In about 7 years of trying to get my charcoal to burn one side to another, I've NEVER had it happen. I get one end going good, and then it stops. I've tried every brand of charcoal, every starting method… It just don't work.
