  1. I was looking for a recipe that didn't involve potatoes and so glad I found this recipe! Just made it. Added a minced garlic clove and chili flakes and topped it off with a sunny side up egg . It was delicious! TY for sharing this recipe!

  3. is this a joke….that is not how jamaican cook corned beef
    you put some oil in a pan and heat it ..throw in some black pepper then throw in and fry your onions, first in oil until brown….you add your tiny tiny bit of scotch bonnetchill and some fresh garlic…and sautee it. throw in a tomatoe sliced.
    you then throw in some sweetcorn, and some greens and some chopped little cubes of red and green pepper..and just let the oil hit them
    then you add a full tin of corned beef.
    and strir and soften it….you then add a bt of water and some all purpose seasoning
    and let it simmer for a couple minutes.
    for me i then…dry it out and make the corned beef brown like a little burn…and then add more water for your desired texture and eat with rice.
    some like it wet……you see
    i like mine dry
