First of all, Congratulations on the new addition to your family. She is very cute. Second, it must be nice haveing a little helper to help dice up the potatoes and take care of them on the griddle. My little helper is no longer little, she is 20 years old now living in another state. Seems like yesturday she would go to the commissary to help me shop, I learned real quick to park the buggy in the center of the isle when ever I stopped to pick something up. Otherwise I ended up at the check out with more stuff then I intended to buy. I miss those days. I'm definately gonna try this as I have always loved Chicken Pot Pies every since I was a kid and I'm nearly 70.

As a parent, this is one of the greatest cooking videos I've ever seen! Baby was close to mommy's heart, and the older brother / first born was learning to prep and cook. Amazing cook and amazing family values. My oldest turns 18 this month and all I can say is ENJOY their youth!
