A classic Filipino dish! Adobong Puti is a variation of traditional Pork Adobo! Easy and delicious!

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients:
1kilo pork belly
Marinated
1-cup vinegar
1-2 tsp black pepper
Salt

Frying oil
Garlic
Laurel

Instructions:

*Marinate the meat in vinegar, salt and ground pepper for 30 minutes.
*Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
*Add pork and cook until browned.
*Simmer for 35-40 minutes or until pork is tender.
*Serve with steamed rice.

Variations:

*Add potatoes or carrots for added flavor.
*Use pork belly or shoulder for a richer flavor
*Add onions or Bell peppers for extra flavor
*Use fish or chicken as an alternative protein source.

Tips:

*Use high-quality vinegar for the best flavor
*Adjust seasoning to taste
*Serve with Paris ( fish sauce ) or calamansi on the side.
