Great with Lemon Aioli
Huh. I definitely wasn’t envisioning marinara as the dipping sauce when I clicked on the video. I’m thinking something more creamy and herby and lemony. Perhaps a nice aioli…or a creamy garlic and herb dip…maybe something with capers in it…or even just a really good homemade ranch. Artichokes have a really clean, delicate flavor and I think marinara wouldn’t compliment them well.

After coating. Let them sit on a wire rack for a good 30 min before frying so that the coating adheres better
