I finally had a chance to check out Bark. Thank you for the recommendation. It's nice to say that's there's finally delicious BBQ in New York City. I was lucky they had Beef Ribs today. You can't find them anywhere here.

Its not really true texas BBQ. He just using the name. This is definetly not Texas BBQ at all. Didnt even trim the brisket.
