Succulent!
Love ❤️ these two together!!
Very good, but I would like the meat to be a little more cooked but juicy.
Food safety freaks go for 165, so done it's unpleasant tough
I don't believe I've ever seen duck breast at the supermarket. Now I've seen whole duck but that's about it.
Well, it's not like cooking chicken at all…you CANNOT eat chicken medium rare EVER!
Hmm
Too much salt for me and I like it well done. I prefer the whole side rather than just the breast.
Ouuu! This just started but I had to add a comment! I cooked duck breast almost once a week when I lived in Boston. Savenor’s was my go-to meat shop, just off the Red Line’s Charles/MGH, Beacon Hill location. Love it. Miss cooking it. Excited to see how Julia prepares it.
P. S. Mine was cooked well done. Also, I sometimes sautéed sweet potato, apple, and added berries in a bit of the duck fat. Once played, I enjoyed sliced avocado to accompany the meal.
You said duck and that reminds of my dumpster duck Lucky! I am an animal lover, I see a duckling in the dumpster and took her as I was walking to the store, I prayed GOD Please let this duckling live and she lived for around 2+ years, only duck I ever had, I have Never ate duck before either! Can you swap duck for chicken maybe turkey? Blessings to you ALL! ❤️🙏🙌✝️
This is awesome! Thank you!
It is, however, important to wash hands before touching the plastic wrap container or the wrap itself. Just sayin’
Who likes duck meat?
I just made this, today, same technique.
You guys copied me.
Except I used mediterranean secular sea salt.
Please go back to the original ending so we can hear the rest of the comments. The abrupt cutoff ending is truly frustrating. Great recipe though
Oh goodness gracious! That looks beyond delicious and the recipe seems fairly easy. 😋
Oh my! This looks incredible!
Peking duck oh my god ,so good
Nice. Now, please do a Goose, fully stuffed…
No, not Daffy
I like my dinosaur well done thank you.
The port sauce spoon on the white towel. 😮
Why is it that duck meat doesn’t need to be thoroughly cooked like chicken??
Thank you!
