  1. Ouuu! This just started but I had to add a comment! I cooked duck breast almost once a week when I lived in Boston. Savenor’s was my go-to meat shop, just off the Red Line’s Charles/MGH, Beacon Hill location. Love it. Miss cooking it. Excited to see how Julia prepares it.

    P. S. Mine was cooked well done. Also, I sometimes sautéed sweet potato, apple, and added berries in a bit of the duck fat. Once played, I enjoyed sliced avocado to accompany the meal.

  2. You said duck and that reminds of my dumpster duck Lucky! I am an animal lover, I see a duckling in the dumpster and took her as I was walking to the store, I prayed GOD Please let this duckling live and she lived for around 2+ years, only duck I ever had, I have Never ate duck before either! Can you swap duck for chicken maybe turkey? Blessings to you ALL! ❤️🙏🙌✝️
