  1. I have been trying to make that sweet and savory sauce that is used in takeout Sesame Chicken that you get at like a casual dining Chinese Restaurant.
    My child loves it. Everytime I make it, I always just miss the mark.
    It don't have that sticky sweet thickness and the savory zing that we love so much.
    Do you have a recipe for Sesame Chicken ?

  3. Nice video, first let me say thank you for telling what oil you use as I've become very disinterested in seed oils and only use non-hydrogenated animal fats, organic butter and olive oil / avacado oil. Peanut is not a seed oil for the most point so I respect it especially for frying.

  4. Love this guy. Doesn't talk about his day or make unfunny jokes or try to put himself before the food. Just plays his games, drops facts, shows us impeccable technique and makes us feel like we can do it too
