gotta slice some fresh jalapeno and lay it down under the cream cheese…then some on the top then into the smoker…that smoked jalapeno would be on point.

Bradley it depends on what you you want to call healthy especially if you believe anything that the government tells you that’s healthy, but for someone ona keto or carnivore diet that’s perfectly healthy

I did the experiment. i steam boiled a few chicken legs, and deep fried them. It fail > but it came out and the end ok. I always wanted to try it. but the boiled chicken lost it flavor, It went into the water > which i just put it in my chicken stock pile. The chicken was tender and crispy. but lost some flavor,, Would i do it again NO. Might try deep fry it. Then into the oven. IN ANOTHER DAY
Have you made a blood sausage yet? 🧐 lol, my grandpa used to make homemade sausages he called “oatmeal “ sausage when we were kids. It was funky but we liked it. Realized first time I tasted blood sausage in Germany (my grandpas parents were German immigrants) that grandpa had been feeding us blood sausage 😂 my mom confirmed it.
What about a sausage with gator tail in it? Gator tail is amazing here in the south.
