A perfect roulade made of pork chop. Using my husband’s beer!
Ingredients:
pork chop – 1.5 kg
salt – 10 g
black pepper – 5 g
For the filling:
prosciutto – 150 g
red bell pepper – 100 g
mozzarella – 150 g
green olives – 50 g
For the sauce:
oil – 100 ml
sweet paprika – 5 g
garlic powder – 10 g
cinnamon – 5 g
brown sugar – 10 g
soy sauce – 60 ml
mustard – 30 g
beer – 150 ml
Tray size 25 X 30 cm
IN THE OVEN 180 °C/40 minutes
For the garnish:
potatoes – 500 g
oil – 200 ml
garlic – 4 cloves
rosemary – 10 g
salt – 8 g
sweet paprika – 5 g
