black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
pork tenderloin – 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil – 30 ml (1 fl oz)
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
eggs – 1 piece
Tray size 20 X 30 cm (8 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes

Recipe looks good, music is horrible.
I was thinking the same thing. I was distracted by how close we’re coming to cutting yourself. Also, invest in a decent chefs knife. They’re way easier to control.
Similar to a beef wellington. Nice. Wish the recipe had the details in addition to ingredients.

very nice recipe and video, but I would change your cutting technique as it's just a matter of time before you slice a finger…use a claw grip…just saying.
