I want to eat more seafood, but I'm always worried it won't be fresh at the restaurant and ruin my dinner night. Nothing worse then getting bad seafood at a restaurant and having to complain or try to see if the server will say something because half the meal is not eaten.. id make it at home but I'm the only one out of 5 that would eat it, so its a waste. I sure do miss crableg night. Ugh.

Very good recipe! My lone suggestions would be to substitute the Jalapeño with crushed red pepper and substitute the salmon for calamari.

You need to take a loan to buy fish nowadays, so sad because I love Halibut and Sea-bass, both very expensive. Oh well we only live once.

I love sea food! Looks delicious chef! This year I tasted fennel the first time in my life! I don't like anise flavor so I avoided it all this time but this year I grew a few in my yard so I decided to give it a try. I chopped fresh on my salad and…. I really liked it! Go figure, avoided it for 60 years and now I I am going to use it again, it doesn't have a strong anise flavor so I can take it!
I like celery though and celeriac, as well as most vegetables and fruits. My parents thought me well….too well 😲. I have a hard time following up a recipe without changing it a bit , or a lot…. even when baking…. Oh well, got to try it…. right? God bless you chef 🤗💞🤗

I have several memories about this dish: One of them was from a Columbo episode ( you know,the Inspector from the police, with Peter Falk r.i.p) Columbo made Cioppino, with veal in that episode. It was about a chef that was a murderder, using the toxic from a puffer fish to kill another chef. If you can remember that episode you get a thumbs up 🙂
