Bone Building Strawberry Smoothie
Prep time: 5 min
Serves: 2

1 cup whole frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
⅓ cup California prune puree*
½ cup raw almonds
¾ cup Real California Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
¾ cup Real California Whole Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP honey
Pinch of salt

In a blender, combine the ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the jar with a silicone spatula if needed. Serve immediately.

*How to make prune puree:
16 ounces pitted California prunes
1 1/2 cups hot water
Combine the prunes and water in a blender. Pulse to combine, then blend until smooth, pourable consistency forms, scraping the sides if necessary.
Store the purée in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
