Last time i went somewhere with crab cake on the menu i ended up disappointed 😭 they always look so good, but they didnt say on the menu that it was spicy and i have the spice tolerance of a newborn child
parchment paper works excellent for all of the foods that are oven baked it browns really nice means no baked on stains and easy clean up

Ya, in my opinion, Maryland crab cakes are the worst. I don't like it at all when you put mustard in a crab cake. You need cooked garlic, onions, peppers, bread crumbs, seasoning, and crab meat that is all nothing else. That is the best crab cakes in my opinion.
