  1. Didn’t expect oats + water to turn into pillowy flatbreads this fast. Key beats for me: 0:49 sift for a silky dough, 1:12 add then spread to drive off moisture (game-changer), 3:36 hot pan + flip/press till it puffs, 4:38 chill/freeze = weekday-proof, 5:18 “oat pizza” is smart portion control. Gluten-free, no yeast, ~100 kcal each—and actually filling. I’d mix cumin + oregano into the dough and serve with a garlicky yogurt dip. Saving this to make again.
    PS: 7:20 the carrot/spinach versions look worth trying for extra color & micros.

Wie bemerkenswert genial – danke schön. – – Doch was die Paprika betrofft: Es scheint leider ncht bekannt zu sein, dass sie das am aller schlimmsten behandelte Gemüse ist, man bekommt das Gift nicht abgewaschen, auch durch ein längeres Natron-Bad + gut abreiben nicht. Auch der Käse sollte auf jeden Fall selbst hergestellt sein. Denn in der Zutatenliste eines gekauften 'veganen' Käses muss nicht alles angegeben werden… – Passt bitte alle gut auf euch auf.
