  1. I made this last night and had the other half tonight made it half your recipe as there’s only 2 of us. OMG this is so delicious and so easy to make. Tonight I made Bruschetta and we had this dish after we ate the bruschetta. Hands down winner dish. Thanks Chef Jack.   2. This looks nice. Are there any beans or lentils you would recommend adding to this?

    I'd love to see more bean and lentil recipes exploring using herbs and spices with them since i lack these ingredients in my diet.

    Goulash is also nice
