Tips To Make The Best Braised Pork Belly Ever
Ingredients:
350g of Berkcious premium black pork belly
4 hard boiled eggs
1 bay leave
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
Some rock sugar
Few slices of ginger
Few stalks of green union, use white portion only
Seasoning:
1 round of light soya sauce
A little bit of dark soya sauce
A small bowl of Shaoxing cooking wine
Enough amount of hot water
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar

If your using another kind of sugar like brown sugar or palm sugar can you and is it advised to caramelize the sugar as well?
