Air-Fried Catfish Recipe
Serves 2-4

Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp. Creole seasoning
½ cup buttermilk
½–¾ lb catfish fillets, cut into 2-in. strips if the fillets are large
½ cup all-purpose flour
1⁄3 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
lemon wedges, for serving
tartar sauce, for serving

Directions:
1. Combine the Creole seasoning and buttermilk in a small bowl and stir to combine. Add the fish fillets and turn to coat evenly.
2. Add the flour, cornmeal, salt, and black pepper to a separate bowl and stir to combine. Dredge the fillets in the cornmeal mixture, turning to coat evenly, and then transfer to a plate. Drizzle the fillets with the vegetable oil, turning to coat evenly.
3. Place the catfish on the Crisper Tray. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 2. Select the Airfry setting (400° F/205° C). Set the cooking time to 10 mins. Press the Start Button to begin the cooking cycle.
4. Serve the catfish with the tartar sauce and lemons.
