Air fried crispy pork loin crackle is easy to make if you have an air fryer on hand and have limited time. Air fried pork loin is not only a faster way to achieve crispy results faster than normal but it leaves less mess to clean when your finished.
Pork Crackling Recipe for Christmas
Instructions:
1. Dry the meat with a paper towel and rest in the fridge if you have time for 2 hrs.
2. Score the rind with a Stanley knife if available.
3. Add 2 x teaspoons of olive oil over the rind and spread evenly.
4. Add lots of salt to the rind
5. Set the air fryer to max (200c ) and place in the pork….rind up for 20 mins.
6. check the rind after 20mins to see if it’s getting crispy.
7. Place the pork back into the air fryer at 180c for 40 mins and check the internal temp.
8. Cooking times will vary depending upon the size of pork and desired internal cooking temperature.
