Juicy Air Fryer Teriyaki Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 bone in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Steps:

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for more flavor).
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard the marinade.
Place pork chops in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
