  1. I copied youre recipe, but this is what I did. I marinaded the chicken in buttermilk, I added paprika, black pepper (ground whole pepper), koarse salt, garlic powder, sliced garlic, onion powder, basil or dried basil, thyme or dried thyme. Then I let it sit in the fridge for an hour (overnight is better) then for the dry ingredients, I used bread crumbs, I added the same seasonings into the fry as I did to the buttermilk, then I added 2 tbsp of flour to the bread crumbs so that the parts the bread crumbs didn’t cover, the flour does. And I also added baking soda to it. And I cooked it the same time you did, oh oh also instead of eggs, I used the buttermilk mixture I made as the eggs and I just dip it in the dry. And I cooked it the same temperature as you, hit I added 2 minutes, I found that two more minutes helps the outer layer become more crispy. But you’re recipe is great for quickness! Mines for time consumption
