Shaking the chicken adds more crunchy texture. Also, mixing oil into your dry dredge beforehand adds the fry baking into the fried chicken.

I like Air Fryers
For those of you that have a convection setting on your oven, you don’t need an air fryer. He could have done that entire batch of chicken at once using his oven on the convection setting. I use mine for roasts and Thanksgiving turkey and it comes out beautifully. An air fryer is just basically a mini convection oven.

When you first started your UTube vlog, your fancy cake recipes were aspirational, but were mostly too complicated. Now the pendulum has swung and your recent videos are much too simple for anyone older than 6. So you could rebrand as a children's cooking channel where you cook with your boys. Or, you need to up the skill-based content in some innovative and interesting way. Your video presence is skillful, educational, and attractive overall, but the recipes you present are decidedly ho-hum.

I appreciate the effort, but just shallow fry them in a braiser with avocado oil. No microplastics from the air fryer.

Ngl, chicken looks like it came out of a tv dinner. That crust looked pretty bad, fake fried food just isn't worth it, it's like eating meat made from tofu.
Chicken and fish in my air fryer are my favorite quick meals and this looks so delicious! I’m definitely trying it with the Ranch🍗
