I would NOT recommend cooking frozen food in an air fryer. Especially seafood…. You should always let food defrost naturally before cooking it. Or better yet, always buy fresh.

What fish does that seafood Medley have in it? Will this recipe cook it if it includes squid?
I tried it and is really easy BUT because is frozen all the water fills the bottom of the air fryer and is turning more like a soup than a fried plate, so, y my personal experience, I removed the water in the sink at half way and continue. At the end, it cane pretty good, I was surprised the calamari, octopus and scallops came up pretty fried and toasted, not rubbery at all. So, Thumbs Up for the tips. Thank you!!! 🙂

No respectable cook would use Morton iodine salt on that.
You use a non-stick cooking spray but other cooks advise against such sprays as they can damage the non-stick surfaces of the fryer.
