I would NOT recommend cooking frozen food in an air fryer. Especially seafood…. You should always let food defrost naturally before cooking it. Or better yet, always buy fresh.

I tried it and is really easy BUT because is frozen all the water fills the bottom of the air fryer and is turning more like a soup than a fried plate, so, y my personal experience, I removed the water in the sink at half way and continue. At the end, it cane pretty good, I was surprised the calamari, octopus and scallops came up pretty fried and toasted, not rubbery at all. So, Thumbs Up for the tips. Thank you!!! 🙂
