Air Fryer Pulled Pork | Cooking with Cosori

INGREDIENTS:
Pulled Pork
• 2½ pounds (1.1 kilograms) pork butt (shoulder)
• 1 tablespoon (30 grams) kosher salt
• 2 teaspoons (10 grams) ground black pepper
• ½ cup (118 milliliters) water

BBQ Sauce
• 1 teaspoon (5 grams) minced garlic
• 1¾ cups (411 grams) ketchup
• 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup (118 milliliters) water
• 1 tablespoon (30 milliliters) Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons (10 grams) paprika
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) TABASCO® Original Red Sauce
• ¼ teaspoon (2 grams) cayenne pepper
• 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) lemon juice
• ¼ cup (55 grams) brown sugar
• ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon (85 grams) honey
