Air fried Pork Belly Roll

An air fryer pork belly roll roll that are simple and all ingredients needed are all available in our pantry!!

Ingredients:
-1kg Pork belly slab
-1 tsp rock salt
-1 tbsp fish sauce
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-crushed black pepper
-red onions sliced
-crushed garlic

Temperature:
180C for 60 mins (with foil)
175C for 30-40 mins (with out foil) or until golden and crispy

Tips:
– pat dry the pork belly when adding the seasonings
-score the flesh to penetrate the flavors
-wrapping the belly with foil helps to evenly cooked the meat and maintain the juiciness of the pork while air frying.
-time may vary depend on the size of the meat.
-let it rest for 10-15 mins before carving / slicing
