Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of pork shoulder or butt meat
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1/3 cup of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Instructions:
1. Cut meats into 1.5 inch in width size
2. Make marinade by adding all 5 ingredients into meats
3. Massage meat marinade for 2 minutes
4. Refrigerate meat marinade for 2 hours or overnight
5. Cook meats in an AirFryer for 10 minutes in 170°C or 350°F
6. Caramelize meats in AirFryer for additional 5 minutes in 200°C or 400°F
7. If meats are not fully cooked, cook them for an additional 2 minutes in 400°F
