  1. Having grown in in Bama and have been making sauce and ribs since I could walk (Tomato, lemon, fermented fish sauce, and vinegar based with toasted spices and fresh french mustard, btw) – I ONLY ever see "Alabama white sauce" outside of Alabama, never in the state, and the Bama sauces do tend to be tart, sweet, and spicy. Tthis seems like a good sauce for prime rib or some sort of rare beef. Also I see this "Alabama" sauce alllll over here in Kentucky – not even once in Alabama. I would also see it when I live in NoCal, randomly. Not saying it doesn't exist in Bama – I've just never see it and I do chase good q. I'll be making my dry rub and sauce probably tomorrow like I would make with my grandfather back in the day. ^^

  2. That is not the true Alabama white sauce, not even near. And I really do not like the guy talking " down" about Alabama,,,,, really ?? " use mustard not Dijon because it is Alabama ! , I think the original Big Bob Gibson's relatives should demand this sacrilege to the White Sauce be removed,, Man this guy don't even know how to cook chicken.

  3. I don't have anything bad to say about the sauce but, I don't really care for Horseradish can I leave it out or substitute something for it?

Thanks for the reply in advance. 2:15 After all I am the Boss Hoss.
