Get ready to put a bold Southern twist on your next burger night with this Alabama White Burger, cooked hot and fast on the cast iron griddle accessory for the Yoder Smokers YS640s. We’re taking Creekstone Farms brisket burger pucks and smashing them into sizzling onions for that crispy, caramelized crust you can only get with a proper smash burger. Then we hit it with a tangy, peppery Alabama white sauce that cuts through the rich, beefy flavor like a dream. It’s smoky, juicy, messy in the best way—and just begging to be grilled. alabama white sauce is a true game changer for me.
Nice cook Tom
wow! 😋😋
Thanks for video and interesting recipe 😊
Wow…. another… smash burger… ya
OMG!! You hit this one out of the park Chef Tom! Hands down the best smashburger I've ever had. I made it last night and it was a hit.
Congratulations…you made a Patty Melt and stuck the word Alabama in front of it….much like the "Oklahoma" Onion Smash burger…that wasn't actually a "Oklahoma" creation.
They are going on the bbq next weekend!
Looks great
Bianco seasoning? Wtf is that? That's not an ingredient, that's some shitty american product. I hate these american recipes where you don't even know what half of the shit contains…
It's surprising that you have a food YouTube channel and don't know how to peel a simple onion. You threw away a third of the onion for no reason. The first thing anyone should learn when cooking is to respect the ingredient and the work that goes into producing it.
I am a huge fan of burgers, and I have tried a great many recipes over the years. This one is hands down in my top 3. Thank you so much for sharing!

Chef,
Do you have any cow tongue recipes?
Shoutout to George Motz for this one 🙂
There was a BBQ place that had brisket nachos. One of the sauces they used was Alabama White sauce. You could buy it there. After a while it was just too expensive. I started making it myself till I was able to make it just as good. I've never had on a burger. Thought it was mainly used for chicken for some reason. I'll have to try it.
I spent the first 21 years of my life in Alabama and I've never once heard about an Alabama white sauce until I came to the internet lol. I had someone else from Bama agree with me on that on another video, we have no idea what corner of the state that stuff is coming from but.. sure ok lol
The video was excellent! But from heading those ingredients, I think I'll pass on the coleslaw dressing as a wanna be barbecue sauce and just go with actual barbecue sauce 😂
unless the meet come from inbred cows, its not white alabama enough
This burger is beggin for just a few sautéed mushrooms.
Crust looks perfect
This is food porn at its finest
Very few channels make me actually "like and subscribe" on the first viewing but this definitely did. Can't wait to make that sauce.
