This week I finally got my hands on the Aldi Ashfields Beef Short Ribs β part of their super weekly offer at just Β£7.99 per kg. After checking multiple stores, I grabbed the last pack I could find and put it to the test on the Traeger pellet smoker.
To really see if they’re any good, I compared them to a similar-sized set of beef short ribs from Morrisons. Both were smoked low and slow to find out if Aldiβs budget beef ribs are actually worth buying β or just a gimmick.

Brilliant engineering clipπππππ
It's not fair you just objectify those engineers. Just to satisfy your own disgusting behaviour. They have families. Please go back to the beach volleyball in future
Perfect timing! I'm going to be trying my first beef ribs next week. I got ones from Sainsbury's. It's cool to see more places selling bbq cuts
