At least the recipe did not call for cheddar cheese to be on top of the finished product.
All of the bad recipes are either too wet or too dry. It's like a goldie locks puzzle.
Are you using a metal wisk on a non srick pan ? You are disowned from the family lol but ll seriousness that destroys your pans and you are eating teflon .

….. bruh this is basically what I did when I was in the mental hospital and couldn’t eat the normal sauce because it had meat in it. I just microwaved one of the little tubs of cream cheese we got during breakfast in some water and dumped it on my pasta like a depression meal. That is the quality of this recipe ‘pure desperation’

I still remember over the summer when I was visiting my grandparents in Canada we went to a special restaurant on our last night with them and after much debate I picked the Alfredo. Big mistake.
Not only was it chunky, but me,my mom,my grandma,and my father,all got food poisoning from it.
I had leftovers of that Alfredo that we put in the fridge of our Airbnb. Needless to say we never finished that Alfredo
