  1. Saturated fats from animals are ALWAYS healthier for frying. Vegetable oils are responsible for inflammation that lead to heart disease. Animal based saturated fats, butter and olive oil are healthy.

  2. It's 2022 people, the word is out. Vegetable oils are not food, they are a slow poison. Humans cannot make healthy foods in a laboratory guys, and vegetable oils WERE invented in a lab…eat real animal fats and get healthy people…wake the F up!

  3. So no word about using hexane and other horrible chemicals to refine. Latest research is showing that refined oils are causing cancer, heart disease and diabetes. ATK used to talk about the research and was grounded in science. Ghee, butter, lard, tallow, coconut oil, palm oil and olive oil which all exist without refining are lowest in linoleic acids which are what the latest research shows is responsible for all major disease. The chemicals used to refine these oils are hazardous waste.
