I did follow this recipe. I hated the cheese as it added nothing but oddity. Secondly, the eggs had the appearance of hard boiled eggs. I made extra over easy on the side. In retrospect I am rethinking this recipe…make batter from scratch, layer fruit (blueberries or sautéed apples) meat, more fruit, second meat if desired, topped off with final layer of pancake batter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake. Will test.

It does look good,but looks can be deceiving. That's why so many people have problems from eating too many processed foods. That aunt jamina or log cabin is fake cheap diabetes syrup.
I will do that from scratch and use real maple syrup 😋.
