Mega Moist High Protein Banana Bread – 12 grams of protein per slice!

This healthy banana bread is made with almond flour, naturally sweetened with honey, and mixed in just ONE BOWL. Super moist and perfect for breakfast or a snack, it’s the perfect recipe to use up the ripe bananas sitting on your counter!
YOU’LL NEED:
-1 ½ c mashed ripe banana (about 3 large)
-3 large eggs
-¼ c pure maple syrup or honey
-3 T canola oil or melted coconut oil
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-½ tsp cinnamon
-Pinch nutmeg (optional)
-½ tsp kosher salt
-2 ½ c blanched almond flour
-⅓ c ground flaxseed meal
