Almond Rolls | Soft and Delicious | ASMR Baking

I N G R E D I E N T S :

Dough:
70 ml Milk
20 g Sugar
4 g Active Dry Yeast
1/2 Egg
200 g Bread Flour
Pinch of Salt
22 g Salted Butter (if using unsalted, increase the salt to 1/4 tsp)

Filling:
60 g Butter Softened
60 g Sugar
1 Egg
70 g Ground Almonds
1/2 tsp Almond extract (optional but recommended)

Keep 2-3 tbsp apart while spreading the filing. Use this remaining fillinf for the top, and sprinkle some almond flakes on top.

Bake at 170 C for 25 mins.
