  1. I tried this almost as soon as I watched the video and it's so easy! It holds together well and doesn't taste at all eggy. I used it as a hamburger bun for my breakfast and it definitely holds up for that.

  2. I bet you could measure out the ingredients and store in a canister to have it ready to use abd just add the eggs needed for the amount you wanted to make.
@ChrisCookingNashville I'm wondering could you come up with a way to make it into a pretzel like bread asking bc I luv the Kings Hawaiian pretzel slider buns

  3. It’s works and winner for me.

But do check the measurements as the US to metric conversion is way off on whey ingredients as 3 tbsp whey is closer to 15g, not 42g. I got a foam rock bun using 42g on first attempt before success on second attempt is 15g whey.

  4. This is the best tasting keto or carnivore bread I've made. I have tried them all. But it is so dry i literally choked. I tried to cook it flor 60, seconds. 70 seconds and 75, hoping that would make a difference but it didn't. I used 1/4 cup whey protein powder because i don't have butter powder. What else can i do? I am so desperate for bread. I did use 1 1/2 t yeast s well. I just listened to the video again. You said 2 T butter, but in written instructions it says 1 T. Maybe that's the problem. Also which whey protein powder did you use. You have two listed. Also i saw a comment about whey protein isolate powder being different but i didn't hear you say anything about that.

  5. Could you please tell us what brands exactly you’re using. I used now whey protein isolate and tried several times but results were dry and choking. I didn’t use allulose since it was optional but does that add softness? Thx

  6. HOLY SMOKES!!!! I just watched the video, went in the kitchen and whipped one up. I did use the yeast, then and then…… made a grilled cheese sandwich! I have been so jealous of my husband eating real grilled cheese…. well now I can join him. Chris you rocked it!! I can't stop thinking of all the ways I can flavor this and try different recipes.
